Through the use of
Remembrance, Einstein's Dream, Indigo
for Quantum Focus, and Seasons at Roberts Mountain

Ever since the shadowy
dawn of civilization, man has recognized the profound effect of
music on human behavior and learning. The ancient Greeks believed
that music was divinely created. Both Plato and Aristotle placed
music at the core of their educational curricula, recognizing
music’s power to stimulate human thought and understanding.
Today, modern research
has given us scientific explanations for the "magic" of music that
the ancients recognized by instinct and observation.
Remembrance,
Einstein’s Dream, Indigo for Quantum Focus, and Seasons at Roberts
Mountain utilize the knowledge gained from this scientific
research to help you tap into and awaken your own "genius within."
Remembrance
gives me a tug back to the subject at hand...when reading, I
listen with headphones and find my concentration much deeper. For
doing creative work, I sit between speakers...The tape produced a
feeling of balance, sustained energy, and the ability to zero in
on the tasks. I experienced heightened awareness, absence of
distractions, greater absorption and depth of focus. Thank you for
the sonic environment for creativity!" John Garger
Albert Einstein wrote
that music, especially Mozart’s, made him acutely aware of the
mathematical structure of music. This awareness, in turn, focused
his concentration. He would listen to Mozart, therefore, while
conducting research; the Sonata for Two Pianos in D Major, his
favorite piece. The validity of Einstein’s personal observation was
proven in a recent experiment at the University of California at
Irvine. There, students listened to Mozart for 10 minutes and were
then tested for recall. Their IQ scores climbed an average nine
points!
Now, you can experience
this "Mozart Effect" by using Remembrance, Einstein’s Dream,
Indigo for Quantum Focus, and Seasons at Roberts Mountain to
stimulate your own brain, to reach quantum-learning and increase
your level of mental peak performance.
Science has found that
music is the only external stimulus which automatically synchronizes
the two hemispheres of the brain. The March 1991 issue of The
Brain Mind Bulletin highlighted research that suggests it is the
brain’s ability to switch rapidly between the two hemispheres that
may hallmark higher intelligence. Music also stimulates the brain’s
prefrontal lobes that coordinate thinking patterns. This
stimulation, in turn, energizes the emotional centers of the brain.
When all of these brain functions are stimulated and synchronized,
information is rapidly processed and readily retained.
Because you are
activating more of your brain more effectively, you work smarter,
not harder. Here are a few anecdotes of the amazing effects
of this sonic catalyst:
"With only one
day to study for the state insurance licensing exam, I thought it
was hopeless. I’d never be able to remember a manual of 190 pages.
Although I wasn’t confident, I decided to give it a shot. I began
studying at 9 a.m. and by 1 p.m. was losing my ability to
concentrate. I put the Einstein’s Dream tape into my
continuous tape player and finished the book at 3:05 am the next
morning. I passed with an 86, thanks to Einstein’s Dream
which enabled me to maintain my concentration for 18 straight
hours." Peter Russell
"It’s generally
very difficult for me to get started on projects, so I found
Remembrance to be extremely helpful. At 9 p.m. I settled down
to study, remembering to be open to retaining my reading. I set my
small speakers at soft tone and lay down on the bed between them.
Time flew as I read faster and faster. I read even more pages than
we had been assigned, got a lot out of it, and the reading was
pleasant rather than the chore I thought it would be. The tape
energized me and go me in the mood for studying, eagerly
and with enthusiasm. I really didn’t want to stop because I was on
a roll. By 10:15--with no breaks in between, I stopped, having
accomplished twice what I normally would have. It was great!"
Mary Miller
But listening to
Remembrance, Einstein’s Dream, Indigo for Quantum Focus, and Seasons
at Roberts Mountain gives you more than the significant
impact of "magical" music on your thinking, much more.
Professor Barbara
Bullard has conducted over 20 years of research searching for the
music that most fully activates students’ brains for optimum
learning. Her research has been combined with the 20 plus years of
research by the Monroe Institute on brain wave frequencies that best
promote quantum learning. The result of this collaborative effort is
"designer music" entitled Remembrance, Einstein’s Dream,
Indigo for Quantum Focus, and Seasons at Roberts Mountain.
On one level it is a charming musical environment conducive for
learning states. More importantly, on deeper levels, special
patented hemi-sync (tm) tones and sound frequencies combine with and
accelerate synchron-ized alpha and beta brain wave frequencies. This
combination of music with hemi-sync facilitates the rapid
information transfers between the brain’s two hemispheres and helps
create a super-enriched whole brain state necessary for quantum
learning and peak mental performance. A double whammy! Ed
Ames remarks about this synergistic learning effect:
"When needing to
read some highly technical papers, I experimented with and without
Remembrance. The difference really impressed me. When
listening to the tape, I was much more able to attend to the
content, stay focused, not have to re-read sentences for
comprehension, etc. As I listened to Remembrance more and
more, I noticed that I started to hear it less. I actually didn’t
even notice that it was playing. This is when the benefits started
showing. I was studying for a major test which required lots of
formulas and memorization. The concepts came easily to me. I got a
perfect score on the test, and I know that Remembrance
helped me study more efficiently and with fewer interruptions."
Since people with
Attention Deficit Syndrome generally have difficulty maintaining the
high levels of brain arousal necessary for sustained alertness and
focused attention, the use of Remembrance, Einstein’s Dream,
Indigo for Quantum Focus, and Seasons at Roberts Mountain
with hemi-sync also helps those with Attention Deficiency. The
Metamusic helps to increase alertness and focus while studying.
Either Metamusic should also prove beneficial for those who read
slowly and/or who suffer from dyslexia, because those conditions are
often caused by mistimed connections between the brain’s
hemispheres. A few of the responses we have received from teachers
and parents:
A special
education director reports, "Remembrance is very effective
in facilitating enhanced attention for students of high school and
college age. The tape is appropriate for use at home while doing
homework. A student with A.D.D. may also benefit from listening to
the tape on a portable cassette player with headphones in a
classroom setting. Youngsters with neurologic delays, problems
with cortical function, and developmental lags may be helped by
the Hemi-Sync tapes. The deep tapes for children ease them into
deep sleep, comfortably and happily--a boon for parents. After
listening to Hemi-Sync over time, youngsters seem to develop a
greater neurological capacity to integrate. It seems they no
longer need the external stimulus of Hemi-Sync to access certain
brainwave states." Bob Sornson
"Remembrance
has made a big difference for our son, who has been diagnosed with
ADD. He puts on earphones and sits drawing happily for the whole
tape--something he could not have sustained before." Cathy G.
"My ADHD kid
started out listening to the Remembrance tape daily, and
now plays it voluntarily on his own once or twice a week. He seems
to be happier at home--much less angry. Thank you!" E. Fitzhugh
Suzanne Morris,
Ph.D., says about her clients with motor, sensory organization,
and learning disabilities, "Metamusic like Remembrance
increases their focus of attention and creates a mental set of
open receptivity. This is dramatically illustrated on Dr. Morris’
videotape of an autistic child whose extreme defensive reactions
made contact intolerable. After several minutes of Metamusic the
child became visibly relaxed and focused, and reached out to give
her therapist a hug."
Remembrance
has been tested now for over a year. The preliminary reports help us
to feel strongly that the newly released Einstein’s Dream
will prove equally effective. The following is some more typical
testimony about the amazing effectiveness in different arenas of
use:
Use
These Tapes at Work as a "Sonic Tonic--a Musical Energizer"
"I felt total
clarity of thought, energetic, calm without sleepiness...By 10:00
a.m., two hours into a busy Monday at the office while playing
Remembrance, I realized I had completed three tasks and seven
phone calls without missing a beat...I was able to think about
numerous topics/tasks/jobs at one time...One side of the tape
seemed to be more effective when my mind was in an "output" mode,
and the other side when I was in an "input" (receiving)
mode...Listening to Remembrance gave me a profound feeling
of openness, joy and release. A few problems I had been working on
suddenly became clear." John Ernst
The other day, a
colleague at work complained about being tired and having too much
to do. I handed him my Remembrance tape and told him to use
it in the background. He came back an hour later amazed and alert,
saying "This works! Better take this back. I began feeling more
energetic, I finished everything, and actually found myself
looking for more to do!" Debra Davis
A 60-year-old
engineer, who had been suffering from cognitive collapse, reports:
"Remembrance is like breathing clean air; it’s even better
than a box of chocolates! It offers a gentle, 3-dimensional
support while working or driving or just having fun.
Remembrance calms the scattering, allows the centering, like a
pleasant non-noticeable incense. I find myself now able to lead
the project rather than push the project. I don’t have to push
logs upstream anymore. With Remembrance, I don’t have to
conquer tasks, but can guide them simply and effectively.
Remembrance is the difference between harmony and heartburn;
as a helper, it allows me to allow." Gene Mitz
Remembrance, Einstein’s Dream, Indigo for Quantum Focus, and Seasons
at Roberts Mountain for Quantum-Learning
"I listened to
Remembrance while reading some pretty boring philosophy
(logic) homework. The material stuck in my head pretty well and I
was amazed at how fast the time went by. Instead of falling asleep
after a few pages, as usual, I read from 11:30 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.,
and was alert and not tired at all." Judy Parson
A law student,
desperate about the overload of material he needed to learn,
started listening to Remembrance while studying. "It’s
terrific," he reported, "it helps me feel both relaxed and geared
up to study effectively, all at the same time." Bill Lynch
A proud mother
said, "My 16-year-old son had been getting only 40s and 50s on
written tests. He used Remembrance while studying for final
exams, made no score below 84, and was ecstatic."
Remembrance, Einstein’s Dream, Indigo for Quantum Focus, and Seasons
at Roberts Mountain in the Classroom
320 professionals
attended five-day workshops that incorporated Hemi-Sync signals in
background music to enhance participant learning. Following the
workshop, 96% stated that they were both more relaxed and more
attentive than usual during the workshop. TMI Journal, 1995
A parent reported,
"After several weeks of going to sleep listening to Metamusic, my
child’s preschool teacher told me, "I am amazed at her attention
span, her ability to listen to and follow directions, her desire
to do what pleases, and the effort she is willing to expend to
master activities that are hard or challenging for her." TMI
Journal, 1993
A teacher
reported, "The classroom was always chaotic and I was totally
frustrated. I now play Remembrance tapes as background for
various activities and find a completely different level of
comfort in the room. Obviously it’s good for the children, and I
know it’s great for me." TMI, 1995.
Report from a
psychiatrist: I used the tape Einstein’s Dream and
Remembrance for students with depressive syndrome, especially
those with memory difficulties and whose ability to concentrate
was diminished due to depression. They all had problems with
concentration, attention-to-task deficit, lack of short-term
memory, and felt unable to perform mental tasks, as well as they
had previously. The patients liked the effectiveness of the tapes,
and reported improvement of their ability to concentrate during
test preparation and other cognitive tasks, better short-term
memory, greater interest in their studies, and an ability to
sustain attention for longer periods than was previously possible.
